We all bemoan the loss of quality products and service. But you only truly know how badly you miss it when someone does everything right. Because then you experience joy. I just assembled two 4' square floating frames. It was a breeze and everything went just as it should following steps and advice in the video. The attention to detail goes beyond simply doing what is best for the business. It's the mark of someone who can only do things the best way he knows how and he wants to set up his customers for success too. I imagine how satisfying it was to discover that this slender aluminum rod makes the perfect tool to tap in the dovetailing and that everyone can use this perfect tool if he sends out a 2 1/2" piece with every chop frame. To top it off, the free spacer kit includes squares of foam core and scrap picture mat cut to size to fit perfectly into necklace box, complete with the piece of cotton on top! No one would complain if these pieces were tossed in the box wrapped in a rubber band.
